I stayed at this hotel with very tired children. The room had a balcony and a spa bath, which was a nice touch. The hotel's service lacked good customer service skills and the dining experience was poor with cold coffee being served. The location was very close to a metro stop, which was convenient. Overall, the hotel offered decent value for money.
